Christine Leonard is a 6th generation dairy farmer who combines her love of dairy with creativity and craftsmanship. Through her work at her business, The Grater Good MN, she highlights the artistry behind dairy foods - especially cheese - while inspiring others to enjoy and explore new flavors.
Christine teaches cheese education classes at different locations around her area, including wineries, breweries, coffee shops, private residences, and other community venues.
